Unity of Three Massage and Bodywork

My name is James Armour, and I am a Nationally Board-Certified (BCETMB) and California State-Certified (CAMTC) massage therapist in San Diego.  I have been practicing professionally since 1999, and during that time I have worked with high-end spas, health clinics, professional and Olympic sports teams, and with clients of all types.  My work focuses on injury rehabilitation, maximizing athletic performance and recovery times, reducing stress and improving immune function, and bringing balance to my clients’ physical and energetic body systems.

I have studied and incorporate elements of many different modalities, including (but not limited to) Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), sports massage, ELDOA, pregnancy and prenatal massage, deep tissue/structural and myofascial bodywork.  I have also completed the full body Active Release Techniques (ART) training.
